Agile Philippines Meetup 2022.05

May 2022 was our *86th* meetup!

2019.05 Meetup

We made use of Lean Coffee to facilitate the meetup. We had a 20 minute timebox for each topic. We had a lot more topics than time!

Topics and schedule were:

7:05 P M— 8:50 PM:

• How do your teams make sure your stories are producing “outcomes” instead of “deliverables”? (link)
• How do you encourage your teams focus on value-driven metrics instead of performance-driven metrics? (link)
• Enticing developers to learn about Agile (link)
• Touch base on virtual teams: Any new discoveries? (link)
• We get too many instances where the stories are returned to the developer for bug fixing. Is there a way to minimize this? Is there a way to measure this? (link)

We then wrapped up with a closing circle :)

Agile Philippines meetups happen every last Wednesday of a month (mostly). This is a community event, and is only made possible by the people who go to the meetups, and the organizations who open their doors to allow us to meet as a community.
